3 Hour Health & Safety Awareness
This Health and Safety Awareness course has been designed to provide an update and refresher of health and safety to candidates that hold the Level 3 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace. We can tailor the course for any workplace setting that does not require a Level 3 but just needs an awareness of the subject.
Being safe at work is important. It is a dual responsibility of both the employer and the employee.
For employers, one of the fundamental principles of workplace health and safety is risk assessment which will identify all the hazards and potential for harm whilst working.
Employers must provide information and training on risks at work and on safe working practices while employees must comply with safety requirements at work and take all reasonable precautions to keep themselves and others in the workplace safe.
Delivery
We recommend all candidates who have taken the Level 3 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace to take a refresher course annually. On successful completion all candidates will receive certification of a Health and Safety Annual Refresher if a prior Level 3 has been certified.
We can also deliver this as a basic Health and Safety Awareness course. If the candidates do not hold a prior Level 3, they will receive certification of Health and Safety Awareness.
