Level 2 Information Advice and Guidance
Offering clear and accurate Information Advice and Guidance and knowing what can be shared legally and professionally can greatly improve outcomes for a business. There are some fundamental rules for successful information sharing and ensuring staff are aware of these is key.
This course is ideal for anyone with an interest and/or some involvement in information, advice or guidance delivery in their work in order to share good practice and build confidence in their ability to fulfil their role as providers of advice at this level in a range of contexts. For example, it would benefit learning support workers, mentors, people working in voluntary organisations or with adult or community groups, tutors and outreach workers. It will enable them to appropriately guide and support people in making informed choices, develop their skills, share best practice and will also provide recognition for the work that they do.
