Terms and Conditions
Please note these Terms and Conditions apply unless an agreement has been made otherwise between Fast Response PFA Ltd and the Client.
Course Cost
Course prices are set for in-house courses where we come to you to deliver. This may vary depending on venue location if we supply the venue. Additional travel costs may apply on courses that are split over multiple days. Please do not hesitate in contacting us for a quotation.
If parking is not made available on site additional costs may apply.
Payment
Full Payment is required 14 days prior to the start date of the course to guarantee your booking.
If the payment is not met under these terms, we will, in good faith still deliver your course. However, certification cannot be released until full payment is met.
If a course has been delivered and payment is not met by a further set date given to the client, Fast Response PFA Ltd reserve the right to incur interest charges in line with the outstanding balance and this also may result in the company being labelled on The Business Dispute Register.
Cancellations
Traditional Courses
If you cancel your course within 14 days’ notice you will be entitled to a refund less a 10% administration fee. If you cancel with less than 14 days’ notice, we will issue a refund minus the trainer fee of £200 per day.
Blended and E Learning Courses
You will not be entitled to a refund if you have received the E Learning package.
Certification
Candidates must complete the full course to be awarded certification.
Fast Response PFA Ltd will issue either Level 2 / 3 (RQF) certification under Qualsafe Awards if required or non-accredited certification which states that it is in line with Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and valid for 3 years.
Our non-accredited certification for Paediatric First Aid 6 and 12hrs will state that it is in line with EYFS and Ofsted guidelines and is valid for 3 years.
Certification Replacement
Replacement of certification will incur a cost of £20.
