3 Day First Aid at Work
This First Aid at Work course is a fully accredited course and runs over 3 days. On certification the candidate is qualified to operate as a full First Aider in the workplace in accordance with Health and Safety First Aid Regulations 1981. It is an in-depth course which includes theory and practical sessions and can be run over 3 consecutive days or one day a weeks to suit staff schedules. This course is delivered at your venue with dates and times to suit your staff.
Candidates are continually assessed with theory and practical sessions through out the course and if a Level 3 is required delegates will be required to sit our multiple choice exam on the final afternoon. On successful completion delegates will be awarded certification in line HSE which is valid for 3 years. If delegates require a Level 3 they will be awarded RQF (Regulated Qualification Framework) Accredited Certification.

- Control of Bleeding (Includes Catastrophic Bleeding and Tourniquet Training)
- Shock
- Minor Injuries

- Sprains, Strains & Dislocations
- Spinal Injury
- Chest Injury
- Burns
- Hypothermia
- Heat Exhaustion / Heat Stroke
- Poisoning
- Medical Conditions Including: (Anaphylaxis Shock, Epilepsy, Diabetes and Asthma)
- Heart Attack
- Stroke
- Eye and Ear Injuries
- Prevention of Cross Infection
- Regulations (Recording and Reporting)
- First Aid Kits
Duration: 3 Days
Frequency: Every 3 years.
Cost: Maximum 12 Candidates: £1350.00 for group booking. This includes manual and certification in line with Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
QA Level 3 Award:
Cost: Maximum 12 Candidates: £13500.00 for group booking + £10 per person for exam and RQF (Regulated Qualification Framework) Accredited Certification.
