First Aid Course for Parents

3 Hour Baby First Aid Course

This Baby First Aid Course for Parents is delivered by a fully qualified paediatric first aid instructor. It is suitable for Parents, members of your family or anyone else that takes care of your children aged from newborn to age 8 years. Whilst as parents or child carers we endeavour to prevent accidents this course will equip the candidate with valuable first aid knowledge to secure the safety of your child in an emergency situation. It can be delivered in the comfort of your own home and adapted and tailored to you or your baby / child’s needs

Our Baby First Aid Course is generally run over 3 hours and the course contents are detailed below. However, as this course is delivered with certification of general knowledge and attendance it can be adapted to you and your child’s needs. Therefore, the duration of the course can be amended along with any course content you wish amended or added. *Change of cost may apply if the duration is longer* Please contact us to discuss any special requirements or course content that may be more appropriate to you and we will endeavour to meet you needs.

Certification is awarded on general knowledge and attendance and is based on taking an active part in the session with theory and practical sessions.

This course covers:

• Basic Life Support
• Treating an Unconscious child or baby
• Bleeding and Shock
• Choking
• Burns
• Poisons   ​

Duration: 3hrs

Cost: £25 per person with a minimum group booking of 8 candidates (at your venue). Certification is awarded on general knowledge and attendance.
